Dear supplier/partner: as a result of the implementation of the Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, and as part of our approach to continual improvement, we hereby inform you that:

  1. If you supply materials, products or services, please bear in mind that the quality of your product is essential, as it has a direct bearing on the quality of our services.
  2. All orders placed are subject to verification on receipt, checking that the material received is in the correct condition with respect to the order placed. A non-conforming receipt may result in the product being rejected.
  3. All contracted services are subject to verification against the contract/order. A non-conforming verification may result in the early termination of the contract.
  4. All our suppliers are subject to a continuous, annual re-evaluation process that may result in the supplier's removal from our list of approved suppliers, depending on the number and seriousness of the incidents over the course of the year.
