The distribution, modification, transfer or communication to the public of the content, and any other act that has not been expressly authorised by the holder of the exploitation rights, are prohibited.

The creation of a hyperlink does not in any case imply the existence of a relationship between CEDESA and the owner of the website on which it is placed, nor CEDESA's acceptance or approval of its content or services.

CEDESA accepts no responsibility for the use that each user makes of the materials made available on this website or for any actions taken on the basis of them.

4. Liability

The service provider disclaims any liability of any kind arising from the information published on its website, provided that this information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party unrelated to it.

If any user or third party considers that there are facts or circumstances revealing the unlawful nature of the use of any content and/or of any activity carried out on the web pages included in or accessible through the website, they must send a notification to the service provider, duly identifying themselves and specifying the alleged infringements.

5. Exclusion of warranties and liability in relation to access and use

To the extent permitted by law, CEDESA excludes any liability for loss or damage of any kind arising from:

  1. The inability to access the website.
  2. Any breach of the law, good faith, public order, accepted custom and practice or this legal notice as a result of improper use of the website. In particular, and by way of example, CEDESA accepts no liability for the actions of third parties that infringe intellectual and industrial property rights, trade secrets, the rights to honour, to personal and family privacy and to one's own image, or the legislation on unfair competition and unlawful advertising.

Likewise, CEDESA disclaims any liability for information located outside this website that is not managed directly by our webmaster. The information available on this website must be understood as a guide with no claim to legal validity.

8. Links policy

The website may redirect you to content on third-party websites. Since the service provider cannot always control the content introduced by third parties on their websites, this does not in any case imply the existence of a relationship between the service provider and the owner of the website concerned, nor acceptance or approval of its content or services. The service provider accepts no liability of any kind for such content through this website. In any event, the service provider states that it will immediately remove any content that may contravene national or international legislation, morality or public order, immediately removing the redirection to that website and bringing the content in question to the attention of the competent authorities.

All the content of the website is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation and is registered in the relevant public registers.

Any designs, logos, text and/or graphics not belonging to the service provider that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are themselves responsible for any dispute that may arise in relation to them. In all cases, the service provider has their express prior authorisation.
